An intimate wedding and overnight stay in the Olivia Rose Suite

We were married on New Year's Eve at the Inn with a fairly short notice and a minimal amount of planning. Bonnie (owner) was delightful and accommodating to make our Intimate ceremony at The Noble Manor very special. She had great suggestions to ensure the family and photographer had appropriate seating and view of the ceremony. The home was beautifully decorated which made an absolutely amazing backdrop for our pictures. She also made us feel very welcomed as she was an excellent conversationalist throughout our stay. The Olivia Rose Suite was immaculate and perfect for first night together as a married couple, and we enjoyed having our own bathroom with a nice tub big enough for the two of us. Another perk to The Noble Manor was that we were in walking distance to the Downtown Pensacola nightlife/festivities on New Year's Eve. I am definitely looking forward to future stays at this fine establishment.

A Great Stay

We recently stayed at the Noble Manor  while attending a wedding in Pensacola.  We were very glad to have selected this B & B, as it was clean, well appointed and charming.  Bonnie, (proprietor)  is a wonderful cook, and the breakfasts she served were delicious, bountiful, and beautifully plated.  I would have loved to enjoy the  front porch with a cup of her husband Bob's wonderful coffee and the newspaper, but it was HOT in Pensacola in late June..  Should we have the occasion to visit there again, we definitely would return.  The Noble Manor was a highlight of the weekend.  Jon and Pat, Charlotte NC

“My first B&B....I was totally blown away!!

Incredibly cool B&B in a terrific, quiet neighborhood! The rooms were tasteful, spacious, and IMPECCABLY clean. The whole house has been freshly renovated, and it shows. Bonnie (the owner) is not only hilarious and friendly, but her breakfasts made my trip!! If she offers you butter-pecan syrup for you french toast, by all means, TAKE IT!! I'm going to tell all of my friends to check out this gem. Do yourself a favor and book if you're visiting Pensacola.

USA TODAY April 9th 2009

A few minutes' drive away in the North Hill Preservation District at Noble Manor Bed & Breakfast, transplanted New Jersey residents Bonnie and Bob Robertson welcome guests in their 1905 Tudor Revival home with four nicely decorated rooms for rent (not a doily in sight). Draws include Bonnie's French toast with strawberries and kiwi on the side and a hot tub and pool in which to wind down after a day of sightseeing.

Though rates aren't cheap — starting at $125 now — business is surprisingly good in hard times, Bob, 59, says, pouring a cup of his perfectly brewed coffee in the high-ceilinged dining room. Pensacola is a big drive-in destination, and "people are not taking those Caribbean and Mexican vacations," he says.

Tourists from overseas also come to Pensacola, Bonnie, 55, says. "They're interested in the history, and we're kind of unspoiled Florida."

"Two Nights"

My wife and I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Both days included a large breakfast. We've stayed in about a dozen B&B's and would recommend Noble Manor to others. It's convenient to all of the local amenities.http://www.bedandbreakfast.com

“Beautiful and tasteful b&b”

My husband and I chose Noble Manor from the Rough Guide USA as we were overnighting in Pensacola on route to New Orleans during our recent visit to the US from the UK. We both agree that it was an excellent choice and one of the very best b&b we have stayed in, either in the US or in Europe. The house is beautiful, immaculate and the rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Both the host and hostess were very welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Our experience was so positive that we decided to stay again on our return trip from New Orleans. If we ever visit Pensacola again we will definitely stay at Noble Manor.Tripadvisor

Noble Manor is an Ideal Getaway

Bob & Bonnie have done a beautiful renovation on this grand home in
the heart of Pensacola's North Hill Historic District. The home is
conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown Pensacola and
there are antique stores to shop at just around the corner. It's a 15
minute drive to the beaches, if you want to get some sun and sand while
you're there. But you can just as easily relax and sun poolside at the
Noble Manor.

Bonnie prepares a fresh breakfast buffet each
morning and then whips up a special main course that is always
scrumptious. And Bob is just the most helpful and likeable guy you'll
ever want to meet. With housekeeper Tish's help, the Noble Manor is one
of the most charming, relaxing B&Bs you'll ever stay at. We've been
several times and are looking forward to our next visit.

Walk in comfort

This is one of the most wonderful bed and breakfasts I have ever stayed at. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are very comfortable. It is hard to decide which room is the best because each one has a different personality to it. The breakfast is amazing. It is great after a hard day at work to relax in such a great setting. Bonnie and Bob are the perfect hosts. Rebekah
